Notice of RICOH Tours System Maintenance

RICOH Tours is performing system maintenance on Tuesday, July 23 at 21:00 PDT. Please expect some services to be offline for approx. 4 – 8 hours.

 

What’s the purpose of this downtime?
We’re performing an upgrade that will improve performance as well as enable us to bring you more exciting features in the near future.

 

How does this affect me?
The ability to manage tours via the management console will temporarily be unavailable.
For the mobile apps we advise users to not create/edit tours during the system maintenance period.

 

Can my tours still be viewed?
Yes!

 

What happens after the maintenance is complete?
1. We have a new mobile app. If you do not have auto update for your apps go to your App/Play Store and download the new RICOH Tours app.
2. When logging into your app you will be prompted to reset your password via a verification process.
